Situated just east of Telchac Puerto in a quiet, residential area, the
home features a fully equipped kitchen,
dining room, large living room, 2 large bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms.
Patio doors from the living room and master bedroom lead to the
beach-side terrace with swimming pool.
DVD player, and satellite television with lots of
English-language channels are available for when you get tired of the sun
and surf. 

Telchac Puerto is about 1 hour away from the colonial city of Merida,
close to many Mayan sites, and hosts a wealth of seaside entertainment
- whether fishing, boating, kayaking, snnoorkeling, birdwatching, or
just collecting seashells.
